The Hold Steady

The Hold Steady is balls-to-the-wall five piece band from Brooklyn. They show obvious influence from Elvis Costello and Warren Zevon to The Dropkick Murphies. Craig Finn's unique style of rambling and singing couped with the bands great musicality creates a fun and refreshing style of rock that is almost unheard of today. With three albums to their name already, there is a serious amount of music to keep you interested. "Stuck Between Stations" is worth a serious listen and if you are more interested check out "Chips Ahoy".
